School Policy



The mission of ITC is to provide quality continuing education programs to people in the community. ITC is committed to providing services that will motivate and engage students to learn, and in turn, improve their general knowledge to help them tackle real-world problems.

School Hours of Operation/Calendar: 

ITC students may access their courses via the Internet immediately upon enrollment. Courses are accessible to you at any time within the enrollment period. Upon enrolling in the course, you will have 180 days to complete the course with the option to purchase up to 360-day extensions but must complete the course within one calendar year of enrollment. As our courses are taught via distance education, students do not have the calendar constraints common to in-class courses such as program start/end dates and beginning/end dates for terms. The administrative staff hours of operation are M-F 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (EST). The technical support hours of operation are M-F: 10:00 AM EST to 6:30 PM EST. Email support is available during normal business hours. ITC staff office is closed in recognition for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. On occasions, the office may close early due to inclement weather or on the day prior to a holiday. No recruiting for employment opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm is allowed on the school premises.

Tuition Policy: 

All students are required to pay the full amount of tuition before the start of the course. The school does not offer financial aid or any other type of financing. Tuition may be paid in any of the following forms: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), money order, personal or certified check. If a student pays by check, the course will not be available until the check has been received by iTraining Real Estate School. There will be a $25 fee charged to a dishonored check. If a student’s check is dishonored after issuance of a certificate of completion of a course to the student, the certificate will be invalidated. If a student’s credit card transaction is charged back by the card-issuing bank after the issuance of a certificate of completion to the student, that certificate will be invalidated.

As the cost of the course may fluctuate depending on the market, the best way to check the course cost is to visit our website at www.itraining.nyc. The price listed is all-inclusive and there are no additional fees.

Enrollment Policies: 

Students may enroll in iTraining Real Estate School online course at any time by going to www.iTraining.nyc or by calling our enrollment office at 347-543-6635. Since you choose to register for a course at a time that fits your schedule, there are no late enrollment requirements. ITC’s enrollment policy allows students 180 days to complete the course and applicable exam with the option to purchase additional time iTraining Real Estate School does not accept credit for previous training.

Attendance Policy and Requirements to Graduate: 

In order to get credit for this course, you must complete 100% of the course (a 100% attendance rate.) Under no circumstances will you receive any credit for courses in which 100% of the lessons were completed and the final exam was passed. As it is taken on the internet, there are no absences, tardiness, or early departure policies. ITC does not have a leave of absence policy or probationary period. 

Additionally, if your course requires a final exam, you will be required to pass that final exam. Information on the final exam requirements may be found in the Course Instruction Page under the Course Document tab. All pre-license and qualifying courses require a final exam. However, for continuing education courses, final exam requirements vary depending on the regulatory requirements of that state. Entrance Requirements: 

All students must be at least 18 years of age and have either a high school diploma or its equivalent in order to receive credit for this course. 

Refund Policy:

Once paid, the Registration fee is nonrefundable.

Student Conduct Policy: 

Students are expected to act in a manner, which will reflect credit on themselves, the school, and the real estate profession. Students will be expected to have the highest possible ethical standards and conduct themselves accordingly. The school has the right to dismiss any student who fails to adhere to and observe school regulations, is involved in illegal or unethical practices; dishonesty (cheating on exams), or cannot meet the standards of the school's approved academic and attendance requirements.

Student Services, Rights, Privileges, and Responsibilities: 

Upon successful completion of a course, each student will receive an official completion certificate. To request additional copies of a completion certificate, please contact iTraining Real Estate School. There are no fees for additional copies. Student transcripts will be provided upon written request. iTraining Real Estate School does not provide job placement services.

Emails received after normal business hours will be answered the following business day. Before you call, please be prepared to explain your problem in detail and have access to your computer. In order to effectively troubleshoot your issue, our technicians begin the call by asking you a series of questions regarding your operating environment. We will need to know what type of computer you are using, the operating system you are using, the version number of any associated software. Your calls may be documented or monitored to help us maintain the quality of service standards.

Security and Integrity of Students Information:

We have implemented reasonable technical, physical, and administrative safeguards to help protect your personal information against unauthorized access or loss. For example, when we ask users to provide payment information (such as credit card number), the data is protected during transmission to us using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. 

In order to protect the integrity of the program exam, students must log in to their program and any required exams and evaluations by providing information that is unique and specific that students provide during registration (email address and password.)
