Alice Chen
Alice Chen brings over 25 years of experience in public accounting to her role as an educator for real estate agents and brokers. Before starting NYTA in 2002, she worked for several professional public accounting firms, including Ernst & Young LLP. At NYTA, Alice and her team provide a range of services, including corporate and individual tax strategy consulting, financial planning services, analysis of business and property buy and sell opportunities, and auditing of business, condo, and co-op financial statements. Additionally, Alice is a Certified Public Accountant who is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and expertise with individuals pursuing careers in real estate.
William Bih
William Bih is a highly renowned Real Estate Instructor in New York City, known for his exceptional teaching skills and expertise in the field. He was featured in The New York Times article titled "A-Class Where Hope Hangs On" and has successfully trained more students for the Real Estate licensing exam than any other instructor in the city. With over 10,000 students taught, he has a proven track record of delivering insightful and easy-to-follow lessons that prepare students to pass the licensing exam with ease. WHO ARE THE TEACHERS?
Our main instructor, William Bih, was featured in The New York Times article 'A Class Where Hope Hangs On.' More people in the area have obtained their real estate license exam training from William Bih than any other instructor. He has taught more than 8,000 students. His lessons are interesting to listen to, and he makes it easy for you to pass the licensing exam. His students have a 96% passing rate which is one of the highest exam pass rates in the industry.
Additionally, some classes are taught by Alice Chen, a theoretical and experienced certified accountant, assist in teaching practical tax, loan, and other related knowledge of housing investment.
CAN I PRACTICE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS IN OTHER STATES IF I HAVE NEW YORK REAL ESTATE LICENSE?
There are nine states which have reciprocity with New York State. If you are licensed in New York State, you might be able to do business there. However, each of the nine states has special requirements for this reciprocity. You will need to get the details from those local governments.
The nine states are: Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
WHAT IS THE REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON LICENSING COURSE?
This course is required to obtain a real estate salesperson license. In New York State, real estate agents are required to be licensed when conducting real estate transactions. The course is a total of 75 hours and is completed in 20 sections, approved by the Department of State.
WHAT IS THE REQUIRMENT FOR PEOPLE WHO WHAT TO APPLY FOR A NY REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON LICENSE?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, has a Social Security Number, and a NYS government issued photo ID.
WHAT IS THE REQUIRED PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR A NY REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON LICENSE?
First, students must complete the 75 hour real estate salesperson course, along with taking a final exam scoring 75% or above. Students must also take a NY State Exam, scoring 75% or above. Finally, students must sign with a sponsoring broker.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FINISH THE REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON LICENSING COURSE?
The course is a total of 75 hours and is completed in 20 Lectures. Live classes (through Zoom) are taught on a reoccurring schedule; video lessons are self-paced, allowing students to customize their schedules. Students can finish the course as fast as two to three weeks, and or can take up to as long as 1 year.

4. Pay the exam fee of $15
5. Print out your receipt, and you are all set
* You can take the state exam even before graduation.
*You can take the state exam unlimited times at a cost of $15 each time.
*There are 75 multiple-choice questions. The passing requirement is 70%.

全美有9个州与纽约州有互惠协定，纽约地产执照持有人可透过互惠协定申请其他州的地产执照：

关于纽约州的地产执照持有人透过互惠规定申请其他州的地产执照必须要注意的是每一州的有关规定不见得都相同。有些州有生意及住家必须都在该州的规定，有些州只允许房地产的经纪人才有资格申请，有些州有最低执照持有年限的规定。有意申请者必须和该外州的经管机关直接联络，索取有关规定。详细研读。
什么是房地产销售员执照课程？
纽约州政府规定，在纽约州从事一定的房地产买卖，需要持相关的执照。房地产代理课是为了满足政府的持照要求所开设的课程，共有75小时，分20次上完。
对申请房地产代理执照的人有什么要求？
想要申请纽约房地产代理执照的人应至少年满 18 岁，拥有社会安全号码，并持有纽约州政府颁发的身份证件。
